True^^^^^^^
The only thing to take into account is that the bulk of seniority of this group is around the 5 year mark. When a contract is presented to the group, everyone will be able to voice their opinion by how they vote. If a B6 3 year 190 Capt is making more than our 5 year 320 Capts, that is certainly going to be an issue which is both insulting and a no vote for many.
While it is true that many knew the pay rates, upgrade times and the amendable date of the contract, there is nothing wrong with demanding industry std with our peers such as B6.

While true you get to voice your opinion by how you vote there is exponentially more leverage toward passing a TA as negotiation fatigue and the time value of money equations kick in.

Holy S-------
How am I the only one this outraged.
The N/C has ZERO, I REPEAT ZERO plans to fix the slope.
Mark my words they will not fix jack ****. The only way it will be fixed is when upgrades come to a stop. Then and ONLY THEN will they fix the junior rates because they will become
Wait for it............ Wait for it..........
GHOST RATES.
Peace. I'll come back on when we get a contract in 2020 to say I told ya so. (Hopefully from the seat of an airline that actually pays pilots and doesn't constantly try and F----- them

Why are you so angry? Did they promise you profit sharing/ DC retirement/ $220hr third year pay when they interviewed you?
Like someone else said, I know it cost a bit of money but moving out of your parents house really builds independence and may help with the anger/entitlement issues.

WIA is the next job fair, but if I were you I wouldn't waste the money. They'll see right through the immaturity and hate. Your best bet is to go to a regional with a flow, you'll get to one of the legacies faster than Spirit will get a contract.

Unless of course you have little self worth.
And for the record, no, nobody promised me anything HOWEVER, I did not expect to work for an airline that needs its pilots to "save the day" when weather hits in the summer, nor did I sign up for an airline that needs its own pilots to file flight plans.
