Agreed. The FedEX plus 20% isn't realistic or productive. We need parity with our Airbus peers DOS and then a contract that grows to reflect our strong financial performance as a company.

Make sure you reference the email sent out by the union on 1/21 while completing the survey. "Pie in the Sky" won't float the boat here, and the comparison provided provides a good realistic baseline for you to make your list of "Givens & Druthers".
Also, don't forget; any, and I mean ANY QOL provisions we elect to give up WE WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN.
So choose wisely. Talk to your buddies at JB, VA, AA, etc etc. See what THEY have to say about our work rules. You might be surprised. I just talked to a friend at JB. He said, and I quote, "Give me Spirit's work rules and keep my pay where it is and I'll be happy!"
He tells me there are MANY over at Blue who feel the same way.
