In 2021 you will see $300 narrow body 12 year captains at the legacy carriers Chimpy. You heard it hear first. How are we going to feel if we keep up with this "realistic" survey stuff? I can tell you that we will feel just like we do now which is very undervalued and under compensated. Please do not lowball guys.

Judging from the survey it seems the negotiating committee is using the term min day and min duty period interchangeably. They are not the same. We have a min duty period, we must have min calendar day
As far as the pay rate questions to fill in for each seat and longevity. I simply cut and paste from United's just ratified TA. Delta and southwest will probably beat that in the next year I suspect.

I would absolutely give them more drop flexibility in transition for united pay. notice I said drop flexibility not relief from pay protection.
Btw I'd like to congratulate everyone on their fabulous fleet launch and A:14 performance mentioned in bendos podcast. Also the the flight attendants that worked at the ticket counter in bwi, high five!

If we are holding management accountable for the ground instructor positions to be "paid SPA pilots", then why not at job fairs? All work for this company should be paid, the FAs are paid to be there and including all costs. Why are pilots willing to work for free for a multimillion dollar company making record profits while ignoring two massive workgroups' contracts? They continually violate our contracts, yet our membership will run to work for free to job fairs? No other airline or union allows this!
