Not bad at all. Going to be interesting to see what happens the next 3 weeks, or the next 3 months.

The major problem is that this pilot group is not unified. We need everyone to be on the same page in order to make some waves. Unfortunately we are our own worst enemy.

Is the contract block or better? Or trip averaging? If I have a leg that is 2.0hrs and I fly 2.2hrs and the next one is 2.0 and I fly 1.8 does it equal out?

Trip averaging has to do with the duty period minimum of 4.5hrs. That why you can have a 2 day trip with day one flying 7hrs and day two flying only 2hrs. It averages out to 4.5 per duty period instead of getting 7hrs and 4.5hrs. Averaging is pretty industry standard only its calandae days not duty periods like we have.

Block or better has nothing to do with averaging.

True unity by effective leadership comes from the top. Leadership here is just poor. The worst I've ever seen in all my years at NK and at my former airline combined. A ship needs a captain to hold that crew together or else he'll have a mutiny. What do you think is happening now? Right now, this is the "HMS Bounty." But remember, above all, don't forget to wear your alpa pin.

You guys need to reach out to your Reps.

I'm hearing that Ackerman will absolutely run again if he thinks he can win. Besides TH & ML, I don't trust the guys who put Ackerman in. I'm sure they'll vote him in again. This is the most apathetic MEC I've ever come across in my 15 years of 121

Kinda hard to do when the 77 rep is JA himself and his former Mesa buddy RP.
