That's what happens when you have an Mec chair trying to get a management position.
Ahhh, I don't think it's a good idea to write an ASAP report on myself? Besides why would we want to get the clowns in the union involved in anything?

I think what he means is if you show up to the airplane and it's being fueled without anyone on the plane that's an ASAP. In any case, the fueler has to ask you before he starts. If you say no and he fuels anyway, that's an ASAP. I agree that the union has softened up lately. They need to stand up when there is a legitimate issue, not this "fly it and grieve it" attitude.

Glad you at least get it.

I've never filled out an "ASAP" report. Is it complicated?

Nope. It's easy. Did you follow the directions and set it up on your iPad as the read file said?

I've been flying here for 16 years and never filled one out,...Thanks anyway but I think I can live without it. Do you guys enjoy filling out reports?

It's super easy now with the iPad. You can fill it out offline and it will ready to send as soon as you have an internet connection. When you mess something up and you want to cover your a$$ you can fill it out right away, plus the details will be fresh. Just don't forget to fill out a second one for the altitude crossing restriction you missed while filling out the first missed crossing restriction ASAP.

16 years and you just signed up and finally made a couple of posts on apc? Something stinks here.

You'd rather risk being violated for an honest mistake than take a few minutes to fill out a report? Have you read anything about the ASAP program?
