Just listened to the Bobcast, I gotta say since he's taken over as CEO, he's taken off like a herd of turtles. One more example of this place only caring about the amount of money it makes and not about the workers. That apology or explanation had all the emotion and sincerity of a wooden puppet. We ain't getting nothing soon.

EXACTLY! Nothing soon. But don't worry, we have the RLA, a very fair and established contract negotiation process, and a reasonable level headed pilot group that is Politically correct and does not want to make waves or be the cause of a life ending "job action". It will probably be 5 or 10 years before we get a new contract but that's OK! And a high five to you buttplugs that that came out on your days off and made some fast cash,.. You really helped the cause. Way to go and Thanks!

Let's give a round of applause to all those who are answering the call, bailing the company out. Y'all fightin' for the cause, good onya.

Though I'm not thrilled with the explanation, at least they are well aware we found those comments very offensive and insulting.
I wouldn't be surprised if a LAX, IAH, ATL, or PHL base wasn't their fundamental change.

I'd prefer ACY but if ACY goes then I'll gladly take PHL. Of course you throw in ground stops, time spent on the employee bus getting dirty looks from 'Murican etc....... I'll stick with ACY

IT IS AMAZING to me that the loads are always full out of ACY, zero Competetion and yet they don't ever try and grow the base at all. They would rather go head to head with the behemoths at large intl airports

Cuz it would cause a cancellation and send the signal to mgmt that the pilots are not happy to the point where they don't want to help even at double pay
