As a shareholder and investor, turbulence and strife within the workforce is not something I want to see, especially in the airline industry.

It was a simple question and your reply is endless disaster, doom and gloom, But I will have the common courtesy to answer your question about "if/when" we go on strike. You hit the nail on the head with the word "if". A strike is not gonna happen. We both know it, we had our chance 6 years ago (were you here?) every pilot walked and the company knows that we will totally shut this place down if given the opportunity. They will play by rules that you so covet and drag this out for for the next 10 years because they CAN. As far as ALPA and the NC goes they work for me,... I don't work for them and if they get pi$$ed off that's too bad. We had an opportunity to accomplish more in one week than the NC could do in 5 years but fear and greed (not common sense!) won over. It seems we have too many greedy little Boy Scouts working here, it really makes me want to puke!

I didn't call anybody an idiot, where the love? I would like to quit and go work for Delta or United but my wrap sheet is a little too long. Unlike you I belong here, Pretty and well behaved Eagle Scouts like you don't. Perhaps you should quit and get a job as a hair dresser or pet groomer.

I am very much looking forward to Bob's email survey about how we feel about our job! Maybe he'll figure out that you don't make employees happy by offering a better product, but rather happy employees lead to a better product!
