Let me see if I can wrap my brain around your millennial logic. One group of pilots is evil for "getting theirs" while complying with the CBA. Another group of white knights talks up a job action that could delay negotiations and be a major pita to our association and all of us. Sound about right?

I find it disconcerting that you continue to try to instill fear and dread among this pilot group with horrific tales of assessments, job action accusations, lawsuits, and wrath from some arbitrator. Are you really scared of these things? I only ask because I have not met ANYBODY out there in the system that is worried about these unlikely consequences actually happening. Just curious, Do you really fly airplanes for a living or do you work inside a building somewhere?
So tell me, who exactly do you think is going to fund our strike if/when we get released? Hint: same people you are ****ing off and creating more work for.

That same organization that helps us to be at home, on the lake and at church.

A little appreciation would be nice or did you achieve your greatness on your own?

Lots o unity building going on....

A little appreciation? Of what? Of threatening pilots for working within the CBA? A little appreciation? Of what? Of coming down on any pilot who VOLUNTEERS to work within a union role? A little appreciation? Of what? Of coming down and trashing the place you work because they don't IMMEDIATLEY offer first year pilots $140 an hour? Gimme a break. The only thing we are doing is whining like a bunch of beyotches. Let the nc do their job and quit undermining them, I'll appreciate that.

Bro. My habits have not changed since before negotiations. There is absolutely no material effect of my behavior on anything. I am also too long in the tooth to be considered a millennial.

Haha...you sound like a fool. Plain and simple, a fool. Your thought process is such a mess, I think you have yourself confused on what you feel.

The Union is sponsoring the event in Houston, attending this event is supporting the NC and MEC. Probably for the best you stay far away from this event if you dont understand the reason or purpose of it.

Yawn. I'm gonna let you kids fight this out in the schoolyard. When the adults have talked this out and come to conclusions, then I'll listen to what they say. I'll be interested to hear what those guys who show up to iah say about their impact on management. But, the rest of all this, amounts to a streak of oil under a tractor, nothing more.

You're joking right? Having every pilot that is not working show up in uniform to a shareholders meeting is about as much pressure as we can place on management to get serious about negotiating (they currently are not). It shows the shareholders that not all is well on the Homefront and that puts pressure on management.

But when only a handful show up because the majority think their presence will mean nothing it makes us look like a joke and that those their are just a small group of unhappy outliers.

Do you have any idea the affect on negotiations if we had a triple digit number of pilots at this thing?
