Yes I know what a ratification bonus us, remember we got one in 2010, FOs 7k, Caps 3k. It not based on your hourly rate or amount of time passed. There is a big difference, just because it says retro 2% now does not mean it was that way prior.

What if a ratification bonus was $200k for captains and $100k for FOs. You may have just cost us money. If in fact that petition did anything.
