Guess you missed the joke there..like when he quit as MEC chair, but they don't discuss those important details with new guys.

DFW LEC Yes. I will nominate Shane for Captain rep. We are already 2 years behind but no union takeover.

This is getting pathetic. When you include their profit sharing B6 FOs are making as much as our CAs.

Look at that. JetBlue F/O's are making more than many of our Captains. You factor in Profit Sharing and all their F/O's are making as much or more than our most senior Captains.

When are we getting our raise?

"Objectively speaking, Spirit might not have a lot of negotiating ground to stand on. If the union’s claims are true and pilots are earning less than half of industry standard, the already tight employment market for pilots will see that Spirit is unable to hire new pilots and continue to grow its airline at the rate to which shareholders have become accustomed.

Investors do not care....profits profits profits...if there is a problem with hiring pilots than u can bet ur A spirit will be the last to react....just like always we will be the last at everything we do....
