1. What are the consequences for being on "the list?" You won't be their friend?
2. Who keeps the list and who ensures it is accurate?
3. What process will be in place to appeal one's placement on the list? -or will we just agree this secret / unelected OT tribunal just doesn't make mistakes?

It's pretty easy to get a flica alert during a picket and after check who the pairing was assigned to. I know of one for sure was not on the reserve availability list.
I'm not going to persecute people for picking up open time (other than my sad emoji face) normally, but during a picketing event in your home base, cmon.

First off, that's Captain Sunshine. Why not just answer the questions? I just pointing out that you may not have thought this through completely. Just like I pointed out two years ago that there was no way we were going to have a new CBA by the amendable date (despite the message certain mec members were spouting on here). Back then I was Mr. Pessimist, I guess sunshine is an upgrade. If you don't like truth, logic, or common sense - don't read.

I agree. Would I rather have sat at home and not spent two more days away from my wife? Sure (she was also completely on board with me going to). But come on at least if your not going to come and it's down the street from you don't pick up stuff.

I know the message is solid and probably p1sses you off, but I can see why a sarcastic, humorous delivery would send you to your safe space to await delivery of your coloring books and therapy dog. Relax, it's your time of the year, snowflake.
