Why don't you guys stop disrupting and start unifying. We should have one focus only, securing a new deal. Management loves it when we fight amongst ourselves.
Another reason they should ALL be replaced.

Oh disregard, he's only a 3-4 year guy. Nevermind
Hope you have someone lined up to start your car for the next couple weeks.

All things being equal, I would rather complain about working for UPS then complain about working for Spirit. Actually I would probably like to complain about working for Delta the most.

But you worked for Delta you wouldn't get to complain. Everything is perfect.

All I am saying it's a good idea to look at all the options instead of coming on here and always complaining.
Nothing really hostile about my comment. I simply expanded on a similar experience someone else had regarding UPS. And if you take a look at the history of my comments I'm not one to come on here and constantly complain. I don't see use in complaining about a job YOU (not specifically you... I don't know where you work) applied for.

If people don't like the way things are at Spirit their time can be much better spent volunteering to help the union. APC isn't going to do anything. Either is complaining silently behind the cover of the internet. I've only met people here who are generally happy guys/gals and I'd say 95% of them are NOT looking to leave. FO's included on that list. I know only of a small handful of FOs who are actively trying to leave(I don't know everyone at the company but the ones I run into and chat with don't seem to be worried about leaving). Sure there is the exception every now and then with the Guy who wants to get out. But generally speaking the guys I fly with don't have an attitude of "I need to leave this place ASAP." So either everyone is an internet warrior, or we have 5-10 individuals who like to play parrot and repeat themselves everyday on here.
