Bridge program
Current CFI, trying to figure out what the next step is gonna be. Have a few CJO and currently considering the bridge program. Just looking for more information, pros and cons ect. Within driving distance from Minneapolis, so commuting won’t be an issue. Any advise would be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the specifics of the bridge program, but assuming you meet the eligibility requirements, does that mean you have yet to apply and are asking for advice about whether to even apply?

Offers from Skywest, Republic, and endeavor. Class dates all pretty far out. Spoke with some recruiters, and was told I meet all the requirements and have high odds of being accepted. Dependent on the interview.

Depends what the end goal is. CFI's don't have a high pass rate at SY. It may be a good opportunity, but from the sounds of it, this bridge program is far and away the better bet. That's where my 2 cents would be. Unless you want to stay at SY or go SY - WN, the bridge program will get you to a legacy in shorter time and you don't risk an unnecessary failure on your record / blemish on the resume. Again, most of us aren't that familiar with the bridge program so it's hard to make a good comparison.

if you live within a commutable distance you could do far worse than coming to SY. Don't buy into the hyperbole plastered over all the forums. Skipping the regionals and going straight to a LCC as a CFI is a great opportunity. I don't want to smell like I have Kool Aid on my breath but their is good potential at SY and management has been decent from what I have seen in my (very) short time here so far

Management has been decent? They’re literally withholding money from your family and using the fruits of your labor to take profits by cashing out stock options. Real decent. I think the word you were looking for was slimy.
