Well, luckily United, Delta, or American have never broken scope or contract before. I just do understand why a United pilot is coming on our thread trying to pop balloons.

Training goal is 3 months. Could possibly be less. Day one to end of sims is 2 months.

Sorry if it's been discussed in the past.
Do they put CQFO and FO in the same class?
How many classes are they running and plan to run each month?
How big are the classes right now?

yes, since CFQO are Fo's and not upgrade captains.

Does it make things difficult for new FO? I ask because if majority of the pilots in the class are CqFO, the pace will be set to their standards, no?

Also, why so little FO in class? Not many applying or not many getting hired?
