The other interesting thing about this TA is all the great improvements are for people that can't even vote on it they are all on probation. For the people off probation, there are very few that will see pay raises, the vast majority will not. The only other financial inducement, the bonus, is pathetic. The improvements in 401K, medical, and other areas are nice, but not that great.
Because of this this could be a very close vote. What I am hearing from people that can vote on it is mostly negative.

Could anyone post the specific improvements? Bullet points or something.

Honestly, there just isn't enough incentive for me to vote for this. I'm voting this down. As Centerline said, there is a better deal behind this. We have the leverage here.

Assuming the current hiring trend continues, if this gets voted down, all Captains on property won't see another pay raise, health care improvement, 401k improvement, or min day until they get hired at a major carrier...if this company remains solvent for that long.
This is an extension, not a new contract. If you wanted a new contract, you should've let your MEC know. This is really your fault.

The same leverage that Envoy, PSA, and PDT had when they voted in a 12/4 payscale? Or how about Envoy not getting COLA raises? What about Mesa, AWAC, and RAH's leverage in being in negotiations for the past 5-8 years.

Burn man. Yep. I'm from management telling everyone to vote no for PBS unless they get a min day or RIG with PBS. I'm just not an idiot who said they wanted an extension with minimal gains and is now all huffy that those gains didn't include Jet Blue rates.

Dude you can't help it can you? This extension is not that good. If this gets voted down, it will just put more pressure on management. Last thing they need is unhappy pilots right now. By the way, what's the difference if it gets voted down? We barely lose anything! 2000 dollars? 2 more hours of airport reserve? I'm thinking No too.

And yet it still makes it one of the best contracts in the industry. If you vote no, you should recall the MEC. Voting no is a vote of no faith for your union leadership and that they don't speak for you.

It wasn't meant as a 'burn' man. Calm down buddy. As I said, just not enough incentive for me to vote yes. No one is getting huffy or talking about Jet Blue rates.
