The FOU also confirmed DEN 756 base in the works. What's old is new again.

Also, like ANC, HNL, MIA, etc. Pilot domiciles are not set in stone (obviously). Live where ya want work where you can, for the rest use the prudent commuter policy. I've been through 3 base closures & 5 displacements and they all have sucked.

I'm done moving for the company and would advocate special attention to commuter policy section of the current contract survey if you feel the same way.

I heard that he supports extreme vetting of pilot scope (over time).

Does it sound like I bid something on the one that was just awarded before today's displacement?

They like the mold streaks on their roofs from the humidity.

Bring her back!! Ironically, it was 2 years ago this month when they closed her down. This left myself and others without a BES. Distraught, we were all able to S L I D E into the left seat of the Guppy where we slave our lives away on SC permareserve.

This displacement doesn't affect me now, but it will tomorrow. . Maybe we as pilots at United are doing to good a job at moving aircraft. Maybe we should start acting like our management and dragging our feet too. . .
They're still unjeffing the airline. Takes a bit of time...

No income tax?

Heck, I can't figure out why anyone would want to go to ORD or CLE. Everyone has a preference; it's good that not everyone wants to live in the same city.

I just figure since you are so upset about the displacements you are looking to bid somewhere.
