not that it matter because it will never happen but we have 1700 at Spirit................

Agreed, 450 for year isn't going to get them there....

That would put total pilots around 14,200...if it happens. That's still a bit short of 18k.

Pool is getting smaller...

I accepted a MD11 class date with FedEx today. Under 30 day turn around time from interview to class.

One thing I've leaned after almost 33 years in this industry is never say never. I'd agree not likely, but I wouldn't rule out anything.

Good on ya.. I don't think you can go wrong with FEDEX. They are a little more insulated from the upside and downs of the economy and thus a more stable career. I have about 10 Navy buds over there and they all like it.
