The min was 176.
The max was 183.

Lost 8, so it's below min now. I don't get this place.

To “get this place” You need to understand how the bids work.

LTA and SUP pilots effectively count as zero. So only 4 bid off therefore they are at 179/176 and above the MIN

My guess is because several of the CA's that bid out were paper bids (SUP) including the Managing director of training. So it was actually less then 7 that bid out, thus no back fills.


Edit...Apparently my reading comprehension isn't so good. I see MOP's response above my bad.

What’s worse is one of those going out is junior to you, and all the backfills are senior
