You know nothing!!! United does not look down at Regional Pilots. We look forward to having as many awesome Regional Pilots as we can. I am a former Regional Pilot myself. We do have the most potential of all of the Legacies because of our global reach, which is the best in the Industry. Our wide body fleet is huge and going to get bigger. You just stay at SkyWest and keep drinking Jerry’s and Chip’s koolaid!!!

SkyW management is smart. They do a great job controlling the pilot group. The reason you guys get all the new a/c orders is because you're willing to work for a lot less than XJT pilots. You will never be the highest paid pilots. Even Mesa pilots will soon make more than you guys...lol. Why should any pilot make more than a union pilot? Enjoy your .76 cent raise. XJT is about to pay FOs captain pay to retain pilots. That's on top of a 10,000 bonus. Also, pilots get plan b retirement contributions. A 10 year CA gets about 10,000 in a 401k match.
Skywest wouldn’t be parking Expressjet if the pilots were paid less than Skywest pilots. What did Skywest pilots do after L-ASA pilots lost the Delta CPA? You stole the flying because you are undercutting union pilots.

I do find skyw amusing. I suspect a part of skyw's rage against United is that United hasn't bought XJT yet. And is unlikely to buy it. Ever.
