Thanks!

After initial CJO, you will get an official CJO that you will need to sign and return.
Sometime later, you will receive a “United Airlines Class Offer” email. Therein are the details for a class you're invited to; once you accept that, you have something tangible to tell your current employer.

Yes. Invites for October started going out a couple days ago.

Default Leadership Inventory Assessment Info

Hello,

I received the invitation for United’s Leadership Inventory Assessment. Just wondering if anyone has taken it recently?
Is it basically the Hogan Assessment? 2 parts-both personality tests?

Thanks very much!

Congratulations on the invitation for the Leadership Inventory Assessment.

It is basically the Hogan, both parts are personality assessments. Allegedly there is no wrong or right answer.
I'd suggest you be true to yourself with your responses, as this will help ensure you're consistent in your response.

Functional areas are being assessed so expect many questions to feel similar, as such, being true/consistent is helpful.

After the assessment, I heard about the next phase 8 business days later.

Best wishes FCR55

Thanks very much for the response. Greatly appreciated! So there are some math, inductive reasoning questions in there too?

I stand corrected. No cognitive test, just personality questions assessing various functional areas. No math, no colors or puzzles to match.

Congratulations and good luck. Do you mind sharing your background. I have six internal recs, no failures, corporate, regional, and currently at a ULCC. App has been reviewed by Cage, and I cannot even get a nibble.

1) sorry

2) maybe taking you too literally. But there are no nibbles. If United has 5000 applications and is interviewing 50 next week, they send out 50 invites. There’s no indication whether you’re a hard no, acceptable but nothing more, or getting an invite next month. It’s a sucky system to be on the end of
