Was talking to an LCP, they were told 2600 fo the year is back on. Seems like the -10 might be certified after all. And then there’s the Airbus leases that are coming (some are replacements)

Skeptical. LCPs don’t know much more than your average line pilot. Would love for this to be true.

You're right to be skeptical, in fact, you should run far away from united. Good luck with your interview at delta.

I’m just saying an LCP rumor is just slightly better than a van driver. Am I wrong?

Yep, we've had 2 classes totaling 89 hires since 1/1/26. Trendline south of 1000 total hires, or a net of 500ish after retirements.

That being said, TK doesn't smooth flow classes throughout the year. I got hired in a wave of weekly 70+ new hires per class. Guess we'll see, I'm optimistic.
