Not what I meant at all. I was referring to the congressman having a strategy to get the bill passed without drawing much attention to it. Was a vacuous comment to begin with. Pay no mind.

Funny, In my 25 years I've never seen a Democrat support a Foreign Ownership bill. Or a Right to Work or Cabotage bill, either. Just a coincidence I suppose. It's too bad we don't have a Democrat in the White House. That VETO stamp is a powerful tool (if it gets that far).

I’m a Democrat but could and have voted for moderate Republicans who are pro-pilot.
The chance to have one of our own on the inside of the process instead of an incumbent congressman actively undermining our industry is a plus for me.
