After an unprecedented 2 year delay. But in the end, DOT felt it was legal under the 2005 EU/US Open Skies Agreement. Who signed that into law? You can stick your head in the sand if you wish. You'll look good flying that Bus for Mesa when we have no scope, no contract, no union.

Perhaps. But Dems don't float 'right to work' or 'paycheck protection' bills (I love the names) to kill union funding. My favorite....the 'Free to Fly Act' <LOL> that would end domestic ownership rules for US based airlines. I vote based on actions, not words. After 25 years of observation, it's pretty easy for me. I vote Democrat.
