Ok thanks for the correction! I just took the 370 question Hogan for UPS and it was T/F. I seem to recall UAL having the same style in May when I took it. Good luck all!

Interesting. That change must be so the company has more flexibility deciding on whether you pass or not to flex with the number of applicants available.

I took the MMPI at 4 different interviews. Got hired at all 4. Don't know if I could pass the Hogan today since I'm a jaded crusty old geezer. Especially if they started asking questions about, Smizek or Tilton. "I hated my CEO." T, F, mostly true....agree, slightly disagree....

They don't ask specific questions like that. They ask whether you would go to a party every night of the week or not. Do you prefer large crowds or not. If you knew you could get away with it, would you steal. Would you go skydiving. That kind of thing.
