I did one last year with the ewr chief. Super good and laid back guy. I got the why united question but other than that it was mainly just a conversation.

I took a dude in. He’s a best CP in the best run CPO in the system. Straight shooter. It’s a shame he’s getting older...closer to retirement.
It’ll be straight forward...tell me about yourself and why United. He’ll pass on all of the latest info he can provide. Awesome boss.

I ll second the ewr CPO , my few dealings with him have been great . Very accommodating guy and serves the pilot group well.

FG is the best and most pilot-friendly Chief Pilot at United. He is smart and very personable so relax and be yourself. Tell him why you want to be a United pilot and how you will be an asset to the airline.

Took 9 months for me. All it does is add to your app score. So it depends on where you’re stacked before the m&g.

It's no longer the silver bullet it used to be. A buddy of mine had a M&G, phone never rang. He's flying for another airline.
