Joe, you have a history of questionable headwork on these and other forums, but this might take the cake.
To answer your question, there is no history of ALPA illegal sickouts at UAL. I'm sure that will be the case in the future as well. Our pilot group and MEC are smarter than that.
To suggest otherwise, especially when we are headed into what from all appearances will be a period of contentious Section 6 negotiations, is counterproductive.
And then to doxx yourself? Enjoy being on the receiving end of the company's social media policy or worse.
Please keep your crackpot theories to yourself. Or if you can't, at least limit them to your "can't fail" stock tips.

United Pilots need to be informed about this topic. In fact, ALPA and four United pilots were sued in 2008 and the injunction against ALPA and ALL United pilots was handed down in November of 2008. ALPA appealed in early 2009, but lost that case, too. The appellate court judge couldn't believe that ALPA and the United pilots got off so easy. It quickly affirmed the findings of the lower court. The four pilots lost their jobs but were later reinstated. I believe that the injunction remains in full force and effect.
Read the following carefully if your union, job, career and company matter to you:

That's one of my biggest complaints about this forum. The forum should not be anonymous.
I'm Joe Peck, a EWR 320 captain. I have posted my information many times before, and I completely disagree with your analysis as well as that of Mako, who also chooses to remain anonymous.
If what you have to say is true, honest, legal, and not intending to do harm then you have no reason to fear and anonymity is unnecessary.
I want to increase unionism which is on the decline. I believe a discussion of recent battles furthers that agenda. If you disagree then I respect that opinion, but you haven't said anything to change my opinion.
Today's pilots are not well enough educated on the history of how unionism works, or more important the enormous positive impact of unionism, and this forum and other social media can be used in a careful way to get more pilots engaged.
EDIT: And, you are immensely incorrect in saying there are better ways to mentor new pilots as this forum reaches a vastly greater number of people than I can possibly achieve as an individual. Simply look at the views achieved in one hour of this post. Plus you have posts from some of ALPAs more notorious members on this forum who have tried to use THIS forum to launch their agenda. The only difference there being the fact that I am transparent in my agenda: I want to increase unionism which means improved unification of the pilot group. I am open to other ideas on how to do such.

Perhaps next you’ll be asking to extend the time we have to stay on the aircraft after blocking in so we can make sure and say goodbye to everyone and fold seatbelts in the back.

You'll make a great LEC or MEC chairman someday.
Good luck.

I meant against the individuals. They couldn't make the terminations stick. Like I said, they all still work here. Just make sure you pay your union dues every month, Octa. Remember, with agency shop, your job depends on it. Pay or get fired.

[QUOTE=757Driver;2761556]Aren’t you the same DB who wanted us to report earlier than we already do because you can’t seem to get the job done in the allotted time.
Careful who you are calling “DB”. From your past posting history you present yourself as a contender for negative (childish) name calling. Take your triggered micro-aggressive behavior to the therapist.
