This allows United to grow the regionals and reduce costs. Albeit there is risk regional pilots will run to the LCCs and hurt United. You guys screwed up bigly and played into Kirby's long term plan. Kirby is laughing at you. You can't compete against the regional cost structure. You made the regional pilots your enemy.

Heads up, he’s a troll. If you just stop responding to him he will stop. Carry on.

Please keep in mind this is an obvious troll and everyone here at the regionals are rooting for you all not to give up scope.

I have read up on our core values. Required to do so, many hours of training without much pay--CORE 4!! Ain't on line training grand?

Yes, let's relax scope so we can get more 'United' stories like this one:

Thanks Republic, aka United Express aka United.

I can't even believe that scope relaxation is a topic in the current airline environment. Tell them to just buy some SNBs if they want more 76 seaters.

Yeah because of our horrible outsourced regional product.

I won’t even feel bad putting you on the street and taking it all back.

Considering that the infamous Dr Dao incident that still haunts United's name was on an express jet, I'd say that's correct.

DAO: Don't Agree to Outsource.

The regional operating that flight was absolutely not at fault for that situation.
