Question for those who recently went through the process. I passed the assessment and was sent an email to schedule an interview. However they haven't sent any other communication or material, other than time and place for the interview (two weeks from now). I was under the impression that there was call-outs, profiles and limitations to memorize. Was that changed? (I'm at a UAX carrier)

Anyone got a guess as to the retention rate in aviate. Just from what I have seen at my company, most people in aviate are not waiting to get called. They get CJOs from other places and go. This is especially true for LCPs. Which of course is detrimental to the ability to train new pilots to fly for Express.
