Vote no and shaddup.

Do you realize how fortunate you are you have a union that negotiated a contract that allowed you to sit at home and get paid for doing nothing since April? Do you realize how fortunate you are to have a job in the midst of the biggest pandemic in the history of our country? You've even got your health (For now, fatboy) and your retirement. (For now, after the wheels really come off the economy you probably won't.)

Self-involved bloviating people like you are the reason I upgraded the moment I could. Mere words cannot express how much I detest somebody who doesn't recognize their good fortune, and doesn't understand that complaining about things they have no control over is toxic.

Not sure when you got to UAL or if you have been previously furloughed by this company. I have been furloughed by this company. I don't like this TA for numerous reasons, but here is my number one problem : Tiered Pay Groups (we are either a Union or not). This right here is a NO vote for me.

And I thought POS 02 contract was a POS. This thing wreaks. We must be the laughing stock of ALPA.

is Jeff Brown still on the NC? Geez...........it's like listening to Larry Kellner. I need to get my wallet and throw some more money out.

I'm actually leaning toward a no vote. If they furlough, Delta and Southwest will clean our clock on the recovery. I think we should call their bluff and make them make the difficult decisions and bear the pain.

My beef was with his pathetic, woe-is-me screed. And his wrong-headed mentality that he is somehow being stolen from to give to a different part of the pilot group.

Weak and ignorant.

Depending on BES you may either line your pockets or eat sand. The level of open time in my last seat was abysmal. It matters not what your pay rate is if you can only bring home X hours per month.

And correct me if I am wrong, but there will be guys bumped from the left seat to the right who will get to keep their Captains pay rate. They will likely be super senior in BES. They will be the ones slurpoing up the open time, and at Captains pay. And if the company is offering premium pay, they will be making more than the Captain. Nice work if you can get it. Eat sand if you can't.
weren’t you irritated that the early outs weren’t offered for your age group last time? So isn’t this what you asked for just a couple months ago?
