does it really matter? Is this only a good thing if it costs a lot?
the key point is that they get some option value and are willing to put some $ down for it.

He would rather see a furlough in June to prove he was right than have things improve. Guys like him have mentally gone off the rails.....and there are more than a few of them out there. Look out for yourselves at work.
