Sorry, Jm. Apparently, I suck at subtle nuance and sarcasm on the forum. And I'll admit, he does have quite a cheering section so I expected some blowback. Expectation bias?

All good my friend! Expectation bias is a real thing and I can see where you’d brace for the blowback. Back to my Bourbon and spooky movies. Cheers!

Regards the topic in question, it’s annoying that people post crap that they have zero personal knowledge of....to be refuted in a later post, no less, by someone with actual experience. Huggy was right to call BS.
Crying? Hardly. I’ve actually come to enjoy recently meeting several of you spineless yes voters whining about the unintended consequences. But you’ll never whine because you expect others to pay your salary. Which is really disgusting and arrogant in my opinion...as all socialists like yourself are.

Regarding the topics in question, you must have a reading comprehension problem. I clarified the info I was given was by someone who went there which as others have stated the same general info. But you knew that.

Easy Dave....my spineless comment was directed at the arrogance displayed by select few on here carping about this loa and not you. And the couple of pilots I’ve talked on the line that are now regretting their yes vote well yea they sounded spineless.

Fact of the matter is I’m very surprised given your posting history you voted yes. At least you’re not a condescending ahole about it like some others.

I doubt you have come across anyone complaining about the unintended consequences. You choose to blame your fellow pilots for the carnage that covid is doing to our industry. This TA is driving a much bigger wedge between pilots because of people like you who are too obtuse to the state of the airline. No one expects anyone else to pay their salary and this TA doesn't do that. Covid is the cause of your "socialized" pay cut and this TA lessens the change in QOL and pay for a good portion of our list. Like most No voters I have encountered I doubt you even read the full language. Why stop a good conspiracy theory or chance to rail against socialism between fox news commercials.

Toss in a hot room with no a/c control, intermittent and painfully slow internet, and one English TV channel and you have the trifecta.

The TA absolutely subsidizes the salary of the would be furloughed pilots, otherwise there would not have been any cuts in guarantee. How can you not acknowledge this? Furloughs are paid with with the pay cuts of others, not to mention the pay protection windfalls. Delta got it right where only the would be furloughed get a pay cut.
