With the second statement, you just made it clear you are a racist. Only racists are concerned with race quotas, no matter which way they go.

And lastly, yes, I do not like the "friends and family" preferred hiring. Some of the worst pilots I have ever had the displeasure of sharing the flight deck with have been hired because of their relationship with "so-and-so" in management.
