Get over it. I’ve had the pleasure of flying with some very fine minority pilots, most of whom do an excellent job , better than most of you pasty bastards and I enjoy being around more so than some of you stuck up no personality racists pricks .

Identity politics 101: Separate groups by age, ethnicity, religion, politics, Financial status, whatever it takes to create division, distrust and hate.

From an old white guy (who does not wear Kirklands), I Find young people, old people and everyone in between, of every ethnicity, religion, nationality, and gender to be unique. Some more interesting than others, but never based on categories. With age many of us ‘old white men’ have decades to learn that prejudice is wrong on so many levels, the biggest of which is that you are usually wrong. Try giving old people a chance, you might be pleasantly surprised, Who knows, you might actually learn something

I completely lost interest as they refused to even consider me because I refused to go to their NGPA, WIA and OBAP conferences to get obligatory check marks on my application that has no bearing on my relative qualifications. This is just another hilarious proverbial slap in the face to people who work hard their whole lives for opportunities that will eventually be denied to them because they don't fit a genitalia/skin color quota.
