Wondering if any of the new CJO-ers would be willing to chime in with TT, TPIC, military vs civilian etc .. just trying to see what’s the going rate!
Roughly 3000TT, 500TPIC, degree, letters of recommendation (external), app scrubbed.

Just a poor dual citizen trying to make the jump south from my Canadian regional life! lol

While QOL may go down, I think this will still be a freeking awesome job. I wouldn't not come here because of that, but YMMV

5700 hours, former 91 corporate, management experience, 1 internal, 5 external LOR's. Paid to have a resume built, app reviewed, and interview prep. Worth every penny.

Default Not here…not now

CJOs,
You’d be crazy to take a job here right now with this pending T/A. Your life on reserve will be miserable. And if you don’t get a NB you’ll be on reserve for a couple of years in EWR or SFO. Take any other legacy until this T/A dust settles cause if this passes just remember you had a chance to go elsewhere.

3340 TT
235 121 PIC
Military (non-aviation)
Degree
2 types
International wide-body experience
No failures
3 Internal LORs
Application Review and Interview Prep

If you haven’t, try to score a CP M&G. I was selected for one but then my app got pulled a week later therefore canceled the M&G. Good luck!

its 3 days or distance divided by 400, whichever is greater. . So if the drive is 1600 miles, that’d be 4 days, for example.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Seems like I’m close but not yet there.

Need to work on my networking it seems .. try and get to know a few United folks to help with internal LORs/ trying to get a CP M&M. Think the best bet would be job fairs? Little tough making connections not working within the US system.

Completely unrelated note…. I fly to EWR quite bit and if anyone wants to meet up for a coffee let me know! (JK of course, I would never trust a stranger on the internet either lololol)

In your case, try to make it to job fairs and start there.

those are transfer days. You only get three training days off after sim or IOE
