Wondering if any of the new CJO-ers would be willing to chime in with TT, TPIC, military vs civilian etc .. just trying to see what’s the going rate!

Please careful carefully understand the impact on your quality of life as a new hire on reserve under the tentative agreement that pilots are voting on this week.
if passed, the work rule changes will SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the quality of life for new hires.

CJOs,
You’d be crazy to take a job here right now with this pending T/A. Your life on reserve will be miserable. And if you don’t get a NB you’ll be on reserve for a couple of years in EWR or SFO. Take any other legacy until this T/A dust settles cause if this passes just remember you had a chance to go elsewhere.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Seems like I’m close but not yet there.
Need to work on my networking it seems .. try and get to know a few United folks to help with internal LORs/ trying to get a CP M&M. Think the best bet would be job fairs? Little tough making connections not working within the US system.
Completely unrelated note…. I fly to EWR quite bit and if anyone wants to meet up for a coffee let me know! (JK of course, I would never trust a stranger on the internet either lololol)
