When you say you just reached out to Pilot recruiting do you mean last couple days? I would've done that the following week. I got my CJO 11/11 as well but I got the assessment same day. I would check Spam also.

Does anyone have insight as to why UAL takes weeks/month to give a class date? Seems like they could shorten this even if the class date is 8+ weeks out. It could help people with multiple offers make a choice as well and be make UAL more competitive in the hiring. For example with SWA a few days after CJO there is an email with a link to go pick from available class dates.

Earlier this year they were CJO to class date in 4 weeks. For most people class date is 8 weeks out from CJO this time of year. Just take the first class date then go to United if that’s where you want to be long term. They’re not going to care that you left indoc/training at a competitor.

You thought UAL was bad, you should have seen the backlog Delta has. Folks were going multiple months between CJO and class date.

I know, I had a buddy start at Delta a month after I started at United and he interviewed at Delta 3 weeks before my United interview
