I had the same question. Apparently it’s a different personality assessment you need to do in order to move the process forward. It’s quick and painless.
Interviewed on 11/2 and got the CJO on 11/4!

Sweet! Yeah, pretty painless indeed. Why they want us to do another personality assessment I’m not sure, but hey! no complaints here!

What did you guys do for your logbook? In previous interviews I got a print off from staples and that was enough. I saw the prosoft binder option but seems crazy expensive for a binder. I also understand that it’s minimal to pay for your dream job.

You can do it yourself. Printed my logbook on some heavy paper "32 lb Ivory linen" Print it out, make a table of contents and go to staples and have it bound for $7... Done multiple interviews, no questions on it...
