Ok, good to hear. I'm at Allegiant, so we'll see what happens. Worst case scenario, I'll just stay here and enjoy watching my kids grow up with minimal time away. Thanks for the encouraging words.

The good news is you’re not at an express carrier, so you shouldn’t have to worry about metering or anything. They like to hire from the competition. Also, time with family is the most important thing and hard to come by when you’re on reserve. Especially with the awful reserve rules!

Cheers

It's ok if they hold it against me though - I wouldn't have it any other way. If they want me to switch teams, I'd be happy to, but not if I have to take even more time away from my family to make it happen. Has anyone been hired without volunteer work?
You have done everything and more to already have gotten a call. Volunteerism isn't (or wasn't if they aren't asking for it now) something that's required, but is something that adds to the totality of your resume that can be replaced by many other things. Got a DFC, but no volunteering, you've gotten that beat. Leadership roles, EP, etc. Check. If you haven't had someone else look at your application and it has been more than a year hanging out there, I'd recommend doing so.

I’m really hoping to hear something in the near future, just did a M&G earlier last week, and felt like it went really well. 4000+ TT, 1000+ TPIC 121, & A320 type at LCC, no degree though. Getting my app professionally reviewed to make sure nothing is holding it up. In the mean time I’ve never refreshed my email so much…

The review panel meets on Fridays, so unlikely to hear before then. Best of luck!

Last week's interview groups heard on a Thursday..but that's most likely due to RTAG.

Fridays have been the most common
