LTD is 50% and you get a 32% DC contribution to make up for the 50% reduction in wages.

This is the correct answer for Delta.

Is LTD a pyramid scheme? First takers get the benefits and everyone else pays. It's unsustainable. I'm thinking it wont be there when I'm ready to take. Take now?

Yup. It’s basically crypto.

You haven’t heard of LTDcoin?

I don’t know about UAL. At Delta LTD is company funded and the fund is off the companies books administered by Harvey Watt. This means in the event of a Chapter 11 filing or liquidation the fund can’t be seized by Delta, creditors or the courts and payments continue even if Delta ceases to exit. Contractual requirements insure it’s always fully funded. When Delta filed chapter 11 there was a uptick in disability claims as pilots feared liquidation. The disability fund was in great shape. With Delta’s rebound many of those pilots had miracles happen and were cured!

Is the 75/76 fleet subject to Global Reserve rules? Or is that only for the true WB fleets (777/787)?

Nothing to do with airplane size it is routes flown.

CLE 737 was global last summer when flying to the Azores.

Some 75/76 bases are global, some aren’t. Can change monthly

Can't speak for the other bases.. but EWR is Global on 756. Something tells me the same holds true for other bases, just not sure if it's all of them!

Good Luck~
