You get an assessment invite anywhere from a few days to two weeks time after that happens. Once he took the assessment, 1-2 days after the interview invite was sent out.
Thanks callscheduling and all for the feedback and advice!

FYSA, I'm a mil evaluator pilot background, about 3600 hours. I submitted on 2 Jan and it took about 2 months before I got an interview invite. A friend of mine with a similar background and hours has had his app in for 2.5 months and heard nothing. What seemed to help me was adding another letter of rec, but that could have just been a coincidence...

I've had mine in since August, haven't heard a peep. No LOR and no recommendations. What can I say - I have no friends.

Has anybody had a problem with the unemployment/furlough section on the app? It allows me to click to add an entry but when I fill out all of the information and click save, it just takes me back to the initial add page without saving my entry.

Default Recency of Experience

Looking for advice on recency of experience. In August I am returning from military leave to my regional airline and was wondering if i should wait until I get requalified before submitting my application. I am not a pilot in the military. Would that increase my chances of getting an interview invite? Would appreciate any opinions on the matter.

There's really no way to know based on what you posted. You could have 10k hours and were on mil leave for 4 months, in which case you probably have all the recency they care about. If you are low time and also took a long MLOA, you probably would need to build up some recency in addition to the average hours/PIC time that someone coming from a regional typically has. There are plenty of other things that might make that call come earlier or later, though, all depends on what else is in the application.

Just wondering if this is generic e-mail or a good sign. Thanks for the help.
Hey got this same email a few days ago, curious if this developed into anything for you?

Would be interested to hear other opinions, but IMO what would it hurt submitting now? If they call then they call. If not, slightly more work on you to continue updating your application but at least it's in and published.

Legitimate question. So, how many folks have been called for an interview belonging to one of the DEI groups vs those that don't?

Nothing, just crickets. I have updated a couple of times since then.
