Question for those who might know.
I recently started at another airline and turned frown my UA interview because of this. I’m kicking myself for not looking at all my options. When I go back into the app, it says good luck with your future endeavors or something along those lines.
What is the turn around time before it’ll allow me to reapply? When I try to start a new app, it doesn’t progress past the first personal tab after I enter in my info. Appears to be tied to my certificate number more than anything because when I change it by a digit, it allows me to continue filling out the app.

In other words, the hogan is now being used as part of your “whole package”, not as a make or break event.

From what I’ve been told by people in the know, it’s all a point system now. Your app gets scored with a point system, hogan gets scored on a point system, and the interview gets scored on a point system. If the point total for all three passes a predetermined threshold you’ll receive a CJO provided the review board doesn’t object for whatever reason. So, in theory, you could completely bomb the hogan, but as long as you have a strong and competitive app and perform well on the interview you can still get a CJO.

In the employment references section, are they looking for references from each of your current and past employers or just your general references that you have flown with or can vouch for your character. It looks like they need the dates of employment for each reference but some of these have moved on to other jobs. I have emailed pilot recruiting but checking here while I wait for an answer.
Has anyone got an answer for this? I’m filling out my app and not really sure what to put here, or who to put?
Thanks

With that being said, I guess the odds for a sub-1000turbine part 121 FO getting an interview are lower now than before? I'm going to the RTAG Convention in October, I'm a veteran but wasn't in the aviation field. I estimate i'll be around 700 turbine by that point in time. I was hoping that being at a veteran convention, that maybe that would help out. But I suppose not as much as I had hoped based on your post.

They simply use the Hogan results (during your interview and review board) to take into consideration as an overall “big picture”. Don’t stress out about it like how it used to be.
