I've had the red lockout message for 3 weeks and counting. Not sure what to make of it, if it's because of the holidays or if I should anticipate a TBNT

I have an interview scheduled and received instructions to upload certain documents and update my flight times. I see where to update my flight times, but for the life of me can't figure out how to upload documents (resume, certifications, passport, etc.) Am I just overlooking something obvious? The email states I need to get it done withing three business days of my interview so I have some time, but I am flummoxed.

On the topic of sending the documents. I sent everything that was requested. However, I keep getting reminder emails asking me to send the documents. By the look of it, the emails seem to be autogenerated. Anyone else experienced this?

I don't know when my application went "under review" but I looked a week a go and saw the message. Is it still around 3+ weeks to get the Hogan?

Letter of Rec

Is anyone else unable to upload letters of rec anymore? First 2 worked fine a few weeks ago, went to upload a third and the hyperlink to upload a pdf isn't clickable. Tried on every browser.

Looks like even my prior recs aren't editable anymore. None of the hyperlinks below the "Is this from a United Airlines pilot?" question are clickable. It's like theyre not even links. Tried phone, comp, safari, chrome, brave.
