7-8k/month mentioned earlier is a little high of a range for training pay. There are some scenarios where you may see north of 8k but I’d plan on grossing monthly in the high 6s, 7k/mo max and if you see a little more than that, great. Benefits start immediately so they’ll start to come out of that 7k. We do get per diem in training which is a huge help on a 7k/mo salary.

It's 3hrs/day in a training footprint, not 90/mo. You could get 90/mo if you start training on the 1st of a month, but if you get put on a footprint where you're the 15th-15th you're only getting min guarantee for both months.

So if training starts on Tuesdays and it's two weeks for BI, when does BI end? That second Friday? Or does it extend into the third week?
Also, when do the Intro to Fleet Training two days happen? Right after BI or right when you come back for Qualification Course?
And is the bubble between BI and Qualification Course still about 2.5 weeks on all equipment?

I had 2.5 weeks off as well as most of the guys in my BI class.
