I’m satisfied. Really appreciate this summary and the 7 day period where we can chat with our reps. I think the new reserve system will be a huge improvement. We didn’t quite get what I was hoping in a few areas (ie min day credit only being 2 something) but at least that opens the door to the concept and further improvements with time.

The general thrust compensating and/or reducing day off disruption seems encouraging, but the total lack of protection for HDOs is a little weird to me. Basic fleets don't like missing kids birthdays either. I get that flying w/b is supposed to be a better job all around, but I still feel like I'm missing something.

Okay. So the way you understand it is everyone that is regular RSV (ie Long Call) won’t ever do involuntary FSB or SC?
I know there were SOME pure LCR lines that will absolutely not do FSB/SC, but the number of those pure Long Call lines are to be determined I would guess. Hopefully there are a lot of them.
I just see it says you can still do up to 6 SC a month. This leads me to believe if your not on a 100% pure LCR line you could finish a trip with 1 day left and they could throw on a SC.
Obviously more clarity will come. Hopefully a vast majority of the SC will be dealt with by locals who want to do it and bid the Voluntary Short Call Resv Lines. It sounds like they can be fairly lucrative if bidding SC lines.
