Okay. So the way you understand it is everyone that is regular RSV (ie Long Call) won’t ever do involuntary FSB or SC?
I know there were SOME pure LCR lines that will absolutely not do FSB/SC, but the number of those pure Long Call lines are to be determined I would guess. Hopefully there are a lot of them.
I just see it says you can still do up to 6 SC a month. This leads me to believe if your not on a 100% pure LCR line you could finish a trip with 1 day left and they could throw on a SC.
Obviously more clarity will come. Hopefully a vast majority of the SC will be dealt with by locals who want to do it and bid the Voluntary Short Call Resv Lines. It sounds like they can be fairly lucrative if bidding SC lines.

I don’t think you are on SC every single day. On page 16 it says “Short Call assignments assigned first to VEC/VSC then traditional reserve and leveled between traditional reserves.” To me that sounds like the VSC lines are just given priority for wanting short call. Not short call every single day.
