You need a current UA pilot to sponsor you for a meet and greet. That includes them going to the meet and greet with you. If you have a good friend here, I would say reach out to them and see if they’d be willing to take the time and sponsor you. The emails for this quarters M&G just went out a few days ago, so time is ticking for this upcoming one. If not this one, next one will be this fall.

No worries. If you were asking about getting the recruiters to set up a meet and greet for you, I’m not sure how that works unfortunately. All you can do is be humble and really show them that you want to be here. There’s not much more, it’s up to them to give you one. I’m not sure how that would work unsponsored, I’ve only sponsored one person and it seemed everyone had someone with them. Maybe someone can chime in.
