Interview/Hiring Updates

Yeah Boeing **** the bed for sure, but all the posted vacancies will create secondary vacancies, so all the 75/77/78 CA positions and even the 320 positions will siphon some guppy commanders to greener pastures, opening up 73 CA vancancies for others. If anything, you'd be senior in EWR very quickly very soon. May be even bid the 75 and try out that international bunkie life?

From: 18%er but I’ll enforce UPA23 to the last period.
I'm hoping she sticks for a while (at least until I get 1 junior to me in a WBCA seat 😜.) But, yes, definitely come over to the fleet that God theyself would fly!

The CRU states that they don't plan to backfill a bunch of 73CA spots that would otherwise be created by people bidding out. And they reduced the min staffing levels in a number of categories including some 73 bases. Will be interesting to see where this bid nets out...

The recent move to extend current CJO's past 12 months suggests not much need to interview. Pure speculation: the interview machine is being maintained at minimum output and probably focusing on very particular candidates.
