New Vacancy Bid Out

Spirit's Airbus deferrals will not be whitetails as they haven't started the production process yet therefore wouldn't be considered a whitetail.

I’ll say it again. Asking what happened in the past or “what’s the junior…” is a fools errand. It’s increasingly obvious that what came before has zero bearing on what will happen in the future.
the junior such and such may have gotten in on a prior vacancy, but going forward, it may be a bunch of senior people bidding in. Or maybe there’s no opening at all. Who knows?!?!

While I get the notion of fools errand I still think it’s relevant because you can now see for instance that CLE FO has gotten all the people from current seniority list that wanted to go there minus those waiting for a certain % seniority. So if it’s gone to new hire recently, any new spots would likely go to those again minus some outliers
