It’s also now available in some stateside categories… no guarantee it lasts forever though. See LOA 23-03.

I think you can build a string of 5 on 2 off to leave a 5-7 day off chunk at the end of one bid period and the start of another. With a little seniority, and a non profile reserve line (top 20%~) you can build this solution in a few minutes, get a legal solution to solve, and know that will be your award.

Thank you. Is it easy for a junior to hold it?
i see VEC goes to pretty senior but was wondering how much desirable CMP is usually.

depends on the fleet and seat really… company currently doing a 6 month test period and only offering a handful of these to see if it will be expanded/permanent. In my fleet (primarily intl flying) we have 2/3 CMP lines per month… one slot goes very senior and the other two have gone to pilots in the 85-90 g-line. Two of these guys are commuters… not sure of the other guy.
