The difference in our profit sharing checks is a pretty silly metric when discussing lifetime earning potential. More UA pilots as a percentage of the seniority list have the opportunity to earn a higher overall wage for a longer period of time than DL. If you think company profit or 1-2k a year in a Ps check that you get once a year is more important than overall compensation over a career you’re dumber that people are making you out to be, but my guess is you are just trolling at this point . It’s the only explanation for how idiotic you sound

IAH’s very own, the anti-vax, “don’t make me fly a plane with gay koalas on it,” hardcore ultra-MAGA, SW is sharing her vast knowledge and expertise. She is not helping the profession with her rhetoric and jumping on the DEI blaming bandwagon regarding last weeks accident. It’s a bit funny that she fails to mention her nefarious record in the many accolades that are included about her at the end of the article. While she does have certain valid points, she is doing more harm than good with this article.

“I applaud Trump and his cabinet team as they lead us through this terrible time with somber professionalism. The 67 souls lost in the Potomac crash last week must not have died in vain. Our industry must take bold action to implement policies that will ensure that safety, not social justice, is our guiding star. I am confident that the Trump administration will act on these, and other critical safety issues, in the coming weeks so that we can Make Aviation Great Again!”
The hits keep on coming.

You know they need to have the required SIC hours the FAA requires too right? How about being a captain from another airline?

These idiots continue to treat the new generation as UAL, AA, and DAL is their first 121 operations. Previous experience doesn't count.

Hopefully 'senior' captains will keep talking to the media and fear mongering as hard as possible. That's very professional and should certainly result in positive outcomes for the industry.

/sigh
