The only time a 4 to 5 year Captain is going to see the -400 is a sim at TK. They are going to be flying 100% 10pm unaugmented departures to the UK or 757 domestic. For about 10 years. Every time they get close to the good flying senior guys are going to bid in above them.

Reserve on the 756 fleet was pretty great. Nearly every stage is too long to get additional flying after blocking in, and although I have not sat reserve since UPA23, 2 groups of HDOs is a game changer if you are a smart bidder. Reserves on the 756 also get blended rate which is considerably more than ~$10/hour.

Depends on the seat and longevity. For a halfwinger, there’s no difference at all. A 2nd year 756 FO is making $10.20 more per hour than his peers on the Bus. At top scale CA rates, it’s about $23-26 more than the NB fleets.
